I cannot recommend more! I started the 5 session IBS course with Jayne back in September. I had social anxiety that I had been dealing with for several years which had been playing a significant role in the appearance of IBS symptoms, pains and discomforts. I would often experience nausea, headaches, stomach cramps and much more. I followed the course fairly meticulously, as instructed by Jayne, in order to achieve the maximum benefit; I ensured I listened to the recordings every evening (maybe I forgot a couple of times). The differences between how I feel now and when I started the course are beyond what I imagined. My anxiety has almost completely gone along with my IBS symptoms. To put the icing on the cake, friends and family have commented on how they have noticed an improvement in my mood and general well being.
