Just thought I would send you a message just to say the most enormous thank you! I just gave a speech in front of a full lecture and (not to toot my own horn) but nailed it! I didn’t have any shaky voice or hands, I could control my breathing, I spoke slowly and calmly and even had eye contact with the audience. I am now on cloud nine and over the moon – so thank you so much!!
